  • Perishable items such as fresh groceries, fruits, vegetables, or cooked food, once delivered in good condition.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.

  • Digital or downloadable products (if applicable).

  • Products purchased during special sales or discount offers (unless damaged or defective).


3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID, a brief explanation, and supporting photos/videos if applicable.

  • Once your request is verified, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method or wallet balance (as per your choice).

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.


4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before the seller confirms or dispatches the product.

  • Once an order is accepted and in process, cancellation may not be possible for perishable or instant delivery products.

  • In case of seller-side cancellation (due to stock issues or delivery limitations), customers will receive a full refund automatically.


5. Replacement Policy

For eligible products, customers can also opt for a replacement instead of a refund. The replacement request will follow the same verification process as a refund claim.
